Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketer to join our team and lead our advertising and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in running performance-driven ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more. You ll develop marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and manage content to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products/services and drive sales.
- Plan, create, and manage targeted Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to boost brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns, tracking key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end digital sales ad campaigns, focusing on driving traffic and generating leads/sales.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and ensure optimal reach and impact.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email, and landing pages.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing efforts.
- Generate marketing reports that track performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the design team to create engaging visuals and promotional materials.
