Specialist - SAP FICO - Manufacturing Firm (8-19 yrs)

Location - Turbhe (5-Days Onsite)

Budget - 40LPA (Including variable)

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP FICO Module Management (S/4 Hana): Oversee and manage the FI and CO modules and Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

- Configuration and Customization: Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO solutions to meet specific business requirements.

- Manage FICO support team. Business Process Analysis and Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the financial and controlling functions and implement efficient solutions.

- Project Management: Lead or participate in SAP FICO-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.

- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and assist in audits as required.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to align SAP FICO functionality with business needs.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on implementation, configuration, and support. Experience with at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
