Job Title: Deputy Manager - Finance Transformation

Job Summary:
- As the Deputy Manager - Finance Transformation, you will be instrumental in executing initiatives to transform and optimize the finance department, with a primary focus on the Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
- You will manage system enhancements, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee key project phases, including requirement gathering, BRD and PRD preparation, UAT, and production deployment.
- Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient and effective financial processes and technological solutions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Procure to Pay Transformation:
- Assess and enhance the current Procure to Pay process to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to streamline and automate the P2P workflow, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other relevant departments to enhance end-to-end process integration.
- Implement best practices for procurement, vendor management, and payment processes.
- Lead system enhancement initiatives to improve functionalities and user experience.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand and document the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) detailing system and process requirements.
- Develop and prepare Process Requirements Documents (PRD) for system enhancements and developments.
- Facilitate BRD and PRD signoff from relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and agreement.
- Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and scenarios.
- Lead UAT efforts to ensure system enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Obtain UAT signoff from various teams, ensuring all concerns are addressed before moving to production.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to P2P processes, system enhancements, and project status.
- Oversee the transition of system enhancements and developments from the testing phase to production.
- Ensure all necessary steps are completed for a smooth deployment, including user training and system documentation.
- Monitor and address any issues that arise post-deployment to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
SAP Integration and Support:
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of SAP to support and optimize P2P functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT teams and SAP vendors to implement upgrades or configurations that improve P2P efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on SAP & P2P related issues and improvements.
