This role will suit those who are passionate and can apply their creative talent and innovative mind to effectively manage and deliver great sales and operational results.Reporting to the Head of Inbound and eventually will be part of a large international sales team. The ideal candidate must have a complete understanding of Inbound travel sales.

About the role:

As a travel sales consultant - Inbound, you will be responsible for creating quotes, booking, sales, and promoting our vast range of products.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management
• Minimum 2-7 years experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Agents and FTOs
• Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar
• An eye for detailing and a customer experience-driven approach
• Must have Knowledge of the destination India, Nepal, and Bhutan
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Negotiation, Contracting, and Interpersonal skills
• Cross-cultural exposure and behavioral skills
• Working knowledge of Travel ERP Systems and application
• A creative flair and high attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines
