- Plan & Cost: Adherence Ensure Budget & Schedule Adherence and find opportunity for cost savings/optimize
- Site Liaison [Local Liaison, Police, Authorities, neighbors]
- Labor Welfare [Labor Community Living Mgmt. | Labor Insurance]
- Cost Management [Budget | BoQ Mgmt. | Overhead | Spend Tracking | Inventory Analysis & Control]
Communication [Reports, Updates, Trackers]:

- Project Cost Performance Index [CPI]
