Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Transformer Repair & Testing: Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and conducting thorough testing of failed transformers to ensure optimal performance.
• Test Reports Preparation: Compile and prepare detailed test reports documenting repair and testing procedures, results, and recommendations.
• Dispatch Activities: Oversee the preparation and management of dispatch documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment.
• Installation & Commissioning Supervision: Supervise the installation, erection, and commissioning of Inverter Duty Transformers at customer sites, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact between the head office team and customers, ensuring smooth communication, updates, and resolution of issues.

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Distribution Transformers: Strong understanding of distribution transformers, their components, operation, and maintenance requirements.
• Inverter Duty Transformers Expertise: Proficiency in Inverter Duty Transformers, including their design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Reporting: Ability to compile accurate and comprehensive test reports and technical documentation.
• Problem-Solving & Diagnostics: Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting transformer issues and implementing effective repairs.
