Manager - Medico Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Marketing & Sales Team:

• Support the sales and marketing teams with new product launches.
• Train field and marketing personnel on diseases, therapies, and products relevant to promotional strategies.
• Provide medical support for marketing and sales activities, including visual aids, quizzes, and clinics (e.g., books, patient information leaflets, disease flowcharts, therapy guidelines).

KOL & Customer Management:

• Gather insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on new products and identify key growth drivers for the marketing department.
• Engage KOLs across India to conduct doctor meetings on behalf of the company.
• Address doctors' queries related to products.
• Provided medical information and support to customers within the therapeutic area.

CME & Workshops:

• Organize and conduct Doctor Meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and Round Table Meetings (RTMs).
• Coordinate workshops in various super-specialty segments.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBBS, MD / BDS / MDS, BAMS, PhD with MBA / PGP
• >8 years of experience in medical marketing.
• Preferably be from Pharma / Diagnostic / domain
• Proficient in English and Hindi
