JOB TITLE: Operations Executive

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Having a bachelors degree or masters degree in business administration (B.Com, M.com, BBA, MBA) or a related field.
• Freshers can apply but prior 0-2 years of experience in Operations role will also be welcomed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow-up with Sales team for Purchase order.
• Sales Order processing, validation, planning and Dispatch.
• Fully responsible for all logistics related matters for domestic sales.
• Follow-up with Truck planner for timely dispatch of orders nearing validity date.
• Preparing documents for domestic sale in all state- packing/loading list, Invoice,
• e-way forms/bills, etc.
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
• Negotiate with Forwarder to the lowest best price with comprehensive payment
• terms.
• Approve bookings for container and freight pick up, and ensure coordination for
• shipments.
• Executing all LC related work and follow-ups right from receiving it from
• customers to submission in Bank.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for all equipment and materials.
• Support the supply chain process through planning, on line allocation, pick
• release and invoicing to ensure customers requirements are met.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing
• solutions.
• Maintaining all dispatch & logistic monthly reports.
• Bill reviewing and passing to Accounts department of all the transporters as per
• their contracts.
