Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be actively involved in companys legal and compliance and associated activities especially in Drugs & Cosmetics Act & Rules, Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, Food Safety & Standards Act, Intellectual Property Laws.
- Be responsible for all matters pertaining to laws and regulations applicable to the business.
- Determine optimal compliance programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and implement appropriate responses.
- Draft and maintain template agreements for use with third parties.
- To advise the Company on all Legal matters.
- To deal with Law firms on behalf of the Company for existing and fresh litigation & related works.
- To take care of all Legal documentation as far as Company's businesses.
- Drafting & vetting various Commercial Documents.
- Assisting Counsels engaged for various Courts/ Commissions/ Tribunals/ Forums/ Regulatory & Quasi-Judicial Authorities, etc..
- Maintenance of files, case lists, records etc.
- Complete other tasks as may reasonably be required
