Torinit Technologies - Solutions Architect - Azure/Google Cloud Platform (10-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities.

Solutions Leadership :

- Design, implement, and oversee both application-side and infrastructure-side solutions in Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud.

- Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions tailored to client needs.

- Ensure best practices in cloud security, compliance, and risk management (e.g. , IAM, encryption, monitoring).

- Optimize cloud usage, cost management, and performance tuning.

Technical Mentorship & Upskilling :

- Lead the certification and training initiatives to prepare select team members for Azure and Google Cloud certifications.

- Act as a mentor, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Partnership Development :

- Collaborate closely with leadership to achieve Microsoft Azure and GCP partnership requirements.

- Work directly with our Canadian partner, ensuring a daily work hour overlap of at least 3 hours to align strategies and deliverables.

Ongoing Contributions Post-Partnership :

- Continue to lead solution design and delivery efforts for Azure and GCP based projects.

- Support pre-sales activities, including developing proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

Must Have Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in the Azure and GCP ecosystem.

- At least 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and GCP as solutions architect.

- Prior experience in SaaS or IT Services is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and cost management principles in Azure and GCP environments.

- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification and Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification is a strong plus and highly desired.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across time zones and geographies.

- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

- Overlap with Canadian work hours for at least 3 hours daily is mandatory.
