We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the business growth of the company for turnkey interior projects across Pan Indian Cities.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales / deal closure and will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and securing major turnkey building projects / turnkey interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's business growth plans and sales targets.
Manage communication with clients, ensuring all inquiries and requests are promptly attended to.
Generate opportunities through contacts, networking, and associations.
Identify and secure major design & Fit-out projects.
Develop an intimate knowledge of key accounts.
Respond quickly and effectively to tenders.
Work closely with design and execution teams to ensure all client requirements are met.
Negotiate agreements in coordination with other departments and senior management.
Build and maintain long - term relationships with clients and partners.
Acts as a key account manager for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of sales experience in the interior industry, preferably in interior design and fit out in healthcare, commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors.
Proven experience in networking within the Healthcare, Industrial, Hospitality, Commercial and Interior design/architecture community of the region.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
