Associate - Founder's Office
- The Associate - Founder's Office will work closely with the founder(s) to drive strategic initiatives, oversee special projects, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
- This role requires a mix of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as the associate will act as a key enabler for the founder's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the founder(s) on high-priority projects and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support business growth.
Project Management:
- Plan, track, and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on project objectives.
Operational Support:
- Oversee the execution of daily operations and identify areas for process improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for business reviews.
Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between the founder(s) and various teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Represent the founder(s) in meetings and discussions when required.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Address urgent and time-sensitive issues as directed by the founder(s).
- Take ownership of miscellaneous tasks that contribute to the organization's success.
Qualifications:
- Full time graduation in IIM is mandatory since your major role will be around driving IPMAT & CAT programs.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
