Company: Topman Export Limited
Location: Bldg. No. "AP-1", Rajlaxmi Commercial Complex, Village Kasheli, Tal. Bhiwandi, 421302
Position: Accounts Executive
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Age Range: 22 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Operations:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Taxation and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file tax returns and handle tax-related documentation.
3. Invoicing and Billing:
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Verify bills, receipts, and other payment-related documentation.
4. Banking and Payroll:
• Manage bank reconciliations and coordinate with banks for routine transactions.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure proper accounting of salary disbursements.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
• Provide insights on cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to management.
6. Audit and Documentation:
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
• Maintain systematic records for easy retrieval and reference.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Professional certification (CA Inter, ICWA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with export accounting practices is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Other Attributes:
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
