Opening For Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage and oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining & analyzing accounting data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This role requires a high level of precision and a commitment to maintaining the financial health of our firm.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including: billing, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.

2. Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce accurate, timely financial reports.

3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

4. Coordinate and complete annual audits.

5. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

6. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

7. Meet financial accounting objectives.

8. Collaborate with the finance team to make decisions regarding company's financial Strategy & operation.

9. Ensure Compliance with laws and regulations.

Educational Qualification:

1. B.com, M.com or MBA in Accounting & Finance.

2. Candidate should be good in numbers.

3. Candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting.

4. Having knowledge of Tally, MS office.

Other Information:

• This is Full time position with the option of working remotely.
• Office timing will be from 9:30 to 6:30 PM
