Job Description :

As a Flutter Frontend Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and maintenance of our mobile applications. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and engaging mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of talented Flutter developers.

- Drive technical decision-making and architectural choices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android.

- Implement new user interfaces and features, ensuring pixel-perfect designs.

- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to deliver seamless user experiences.

Performance Optimization :

- Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth application performance.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to eliminate bugs and issues.

- Implement best practices for memory management and resource utilization.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve issues.

- Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines to automate the build and testing process.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in mobile development with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter.-

- Deep understanding of Flutter's core concepts, widgets, and state management techniques.

- Proficiency in Dart programming language.

- Strong knowledge of cross-platform mobile development for iOS and Android.

- Experience with Firebase and Rocket Chat integration.

- Familiarity with architectural patterns like MVP, MVC, MVVM, and clean architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC.

- Knowledge of native Android and iOS development.

- Experience with performance optimization techniques.

- Understanding of accessibility and internationalization best practices
