Toothsi - eCommerce Lead (3-5 yrs)

- We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and strategic operator to scale our product business across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels. This role will initially involve collaborating with an agency partner to manage the overall P&L for our product business on these channels, with the potential to later build and lead an in-house team to drive the e-commerce strategy.

- Our product portfolio includes oral care items such as flossers, electric toothbrushes, toothpaste, and teeth whitening products under the brand Toothsi. Additionally, we offer a range of skincare products, including serums and moisturizers, under the brand Skinnsi.

Skill Set/Experience Required:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in scaling brand businesses on e-commerce platforms.

- In-depth knowledge of operations, advertising, and growth strategies within the Amazon and Flipkart ecosystems.

- Strong analytical skills with a sharp, data-driven mindset.

- Proven experience in collaborating with e-commerce agency partners.
