TA Executive/Sr. Executive For bulk sales and Clinic team hiring.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive to manage the recruitment process for both Bulk Sales and Clinic team positions. This role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for sales positions, including Inside Sales and Business Development Manager field sales, as well as healthcare professionals and support staff for clinic teams, including Dentists, ortho, Dermat, and cosmo.

Sourcing & Screening: Leverage various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• For Executive: 1-3 years of recruitment experience, including bulk sales roles (Inside Sales, Business Development)
• For Sr. Executive: 3-5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on high-volume sales recruitment and specialized healthcare recruitment for clinic teams.
• Male candidates are preferred; however, we are not biased. We currently have 7 female recruiters, and as we are expanding the team, we believe in diversity. Hence, we are looking to hire male candidates.
• Skills:
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
