Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs to elevate our brand, enhance user experience, and drive engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in graphic design, a keen understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the creation and design of digital assets for e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to product images, banners, promotional graphics, website layouts, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement visual strategies that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Ensure high-quality and consistent design standards across all digital touchpoints, from website design to mobile experiences.
• Design and execute email campaigns, digital ads, and landing pages with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.
• Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and developers to ensure seamless integration of designs with web content and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to maintain a fresh, innovative, and competitive edge in e-commerce design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience in creating web and mobile-friendly designs with a focus on user experience (UX).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of product photography, retouching, and online marketing.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including e-commerce designs, branding, and digital marketing materials.
