Job Summary:

TOOLINGS & TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager (Application Engineering) with extensive experience in the Cutting Tool Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, leading the existing sales team, and driving business growth by recruiting and mentoring additional sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the Machine Tools & Cutting Tools Industry.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Provide technical support and application-based sales strategies for cutting tools.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Prepare and deliver detailed PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for client meetings.
• Work with MS-Office and ERP software to track sales data and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: DME / BE Mechanical with MBA preferred.
• Industry Experience: 6 -10 years of experience in sales or application engineering for Cutting Tools.
• Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience in sales and application engineering of cutting tools.
• Familiarity with brands like Motherson, Iscar, Kyocera, Mitsubishi, or solid carbide tool manufacturers.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office, ERP Software, and advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have prior experience working with Cutting Tool Dealers.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage high-value clients.

Compensation:

₹8 Lakhs ₹12 Lakhs per annum (Based on experience and qualifications).
