Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation:
  Develop, deploy, and maintain network solutions tailored to ToneTag's payment infrastructure, ensuring high-performance, security, and scalability. This includes managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other key network devices to support our transaction platform and service offerings.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  Continuously monitor the networks health and performance to ensure seamless operations of ToneTag's contactless payment solutions. Proactively identify and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and provide support for high availability across all payment channels.
• Network Security Management:
  Monitor and manage network security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Regularly perform security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigate risks. Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive transaction data.
• Cloud and System Monitoring:
  Monitor and manage cloud server performance, MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems, and other network services to ensure that ToneTag’s infrastructure operates efficiently. Oversee backup and recovery procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of critical data.
• User Access Management:
  Implement and manage user access controls, permissions, and authentication mechanisms to ensure secure access to network resources. Ensure that only authorized personnel have access to critical systems and sensitive data.
• DisasterRecovery Planning:
  Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans for network infrastructure and critical data, ensuring business continuity in the event of network failures or data breaches. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that recovery strategies align with organizational needs.
• Network Performance Monitoring:
  Continuously monitor network performance and optimize infrastructure to address any performance issues. Use advanced monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques to detect and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth network operations.
• Documentation:
  Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation on network architecture, configuration settings, troubleshooting procedures, and network security measures. Ensure that all network-related documentation adheres to ToneTag's internal processes and industry standards.
• Support and Training:
  Provide internal technical support and training to staff on network-related issues, security protocols, and best practices. Guide and assist team members in troubleshooting network issues, ensuring they are equipped to handle problems efficiently and effectively.
• Upgrades and Updates:
  Perform regular hardware and software upgrades to ensure the network remains optimized and secure. Implement network improvements based on evolving requirements, particularly to support the scale and performance needed for global payment transactions.
• Access Control Management:
  Implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and network access policies to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to critical network resources, ensuring a secure operational environment.
• Policy Making and Maintenance:
  Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and regular review of IT policies, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices. Ensure that policies are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations, such as data protection laws.
