Role & responsibilities

✅ Ensure a smooth and efficient admission process from inquiry to enrollment

✅ Guide parents and students, providing accurate information about our courses

✅ Handle inquiries professionally via calls, emails, and messages

✅ Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful admissions

✅ Maintain and update student records with precision

✅ Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed admission targets

We are looking for :

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling/sales/customer service (preferred)

✔️ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

✔️ Proficiency in English & Tamil

✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

✔️ Confident in handling calls and online communication
