About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
You will be responsible for building our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving measurable results.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a proven track record of success in social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- This includes defining target audiences, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating content calendars.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging and compelling content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.
- Curate relevant content from other sources and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Community Management: Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles across various platforms (e.g , Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
- Manage budgets and track campaign performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics using analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics).
- Generate regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new trends and technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing team members (e.g, content marketing, SEO) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor social media activities and identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
- Brand Advocacy: Develop strategies to identify and engage brand advocates and influencers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and online marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with various social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics) and social media management platforms (e.g , Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring and optimizing results.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
