Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

1.Senior executive Engineer should obey the company/management policies.

2.Senior executive Engineer should visit our customer site based on the work scheduled by reporting manger/management.

3.Based on the AMC plan or breakdown plan engineer should visit the customer site and rectify the issue, if any support required can take help from next level or seniors to support our customer ASAP.

4.Senior executive Engineer should attend telephonic calls 24 X 7 to support our customer and ensure smooth production operation, if any doubt to suggest the customer, should be escalate the issue to next level/ seniors

5.Senior executive Engineer should be ready to travel in PAN India based on the work emergency.

6.Senior executive Engineer should update the day-to-day work report in SMP platform on daily basis.

7.Need to prepare service report and should share to after sales team for accountability.

8.During the AMC visit AMC check list should be updated and shared along with service report.Need to prepare service report for all the attended work and get it signed by customer

9.Senior executive Engineer should list out the required materials and shall be requested in Pact platform and same shall be communicated reporting manager for approval.

10.Senior Executive should take responsibility of service engineer & executive engineer to improve in skills and technical.

11.Executive engineer should attend and rectify the all electrical and mechanical problems, if any support required can take helps from your next level or seniors.

12.Senior Executive engineer should support for qualification document preparation, pre approvals, execution, post approvals & arrange the supporting document as per the requirement.

13.Senior executive engineer should take initiative to learn the in additionally other equipment also to support other executive engineer and also customers.

14.Senior executive should take initiative to generate new leads, spare parts and other upgradation work suggestion to customer.

15.Seniors executive engineer should take an initiative to guide executive engineer and service engineer to communicate with customer towards business prospective to achieve service team goals.
