Executive - Bank Transactions

Responsibilities:

• Day to day banking transactions and daily bank reconciliation.
• Daily bookkeeping of all transactions executed.
• Maintain records/documentation of all the transactions.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile.
• Support in month end, year end closing activities
• All types of support in internal, external audit.
• Good coordination with banks and related external vendors to avail good service on time.
• Should manage petty cash including foreign currency.

Must-Have:

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• Bachelors Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Should have ownership of the tasks and the attitude to drive work items to closure with success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
