Artificial Intelligence Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI team in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.
• Define the AI strategy in alignment with the companys goals and objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant innovations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Manage the AI team’s resources, budget, and timelines.
• Communicate AI project progress and insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience in managing and leading technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory considerations.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Publications or contributions to AI research.
