Role & responsibilities:
Period end closure, account reconciliations, variances analysis, schedule preparation and ageing analysis, audit handling, process improvement, client management, financial controls, TDS reconciliation.
Preferred candidate profile:
Accounting standards as per IND AS and IFRS • Good Analytical Skills, Proficiency in Ms-excel; SAP - FI, MM, SD, data analytics tools, ARCS tool, Presentation Skills • Knowledge of SOX, IFC, statutory compliance( direct/ indirect tax, Comp Act, SEBI, MSME act, GST provisions, employee laws etc) • Excellent stakeholder handling experience. KPO/BPO Experience • Familiar with Accounts receivable accounting and order to cash accounting process, provision for doubtful debts. • Exposure to Sales Finance, AR Accounts etc
3. Educational Qualification CA, ICWA , MBA with 7-9 years of experience
4. Technical Skill required Hands on Excel, PPT, SAP
5. Language Proficiency English, Hindi, Marathi
6. Experience Required 7 to 9 year
