Talent / Recruitment Specialist - Web3 At ECC (https://www.ecc.build/) a group company of Hashed Emergent.
We are seeking a strong Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven recruitment track record in web3 industry and executive search catering to CXO/Leadership hiring and leading recruitment efforts within an agency or consultancy. This role is crucial for engaging with clients and meeting their hiring needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from research and sourcing to offer management and onboarding with the global web3 clients.
- Lead and strategise Web3 focused recruitment (both technology & business roles) and executive search strategy, with a strong focus on technology, CXO and leadership roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and meet their executive hiring needs efficiently.
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, including client engagement models that cater to unique client requirements within the web3 ecosystem.
- Oversee and execute the entire recruitment lifecycle for technology and leadership positions, ensuring a seamless, effective process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Spearhead client meetings and negotiations, setting benchmarks for excellence and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in web3 and blockchain technologies, leveraging insights to attract top talent and advising on best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment experience with the web3 and blockchain sector
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition with a focus on leadership hiring and recruitment consultancy.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, driving results through leadership and collaboration.
Preferred
- Work experience at a crypto-native, gaming or a startup company
- Ability to work independently and also contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, entrepreneurial environment
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
