About the role:

As a QE Engineer, you ll play a truly rewarding part in the verification of iOS and Android mobile applications. These are media and radio applications with core features being streaming content, guide listing of programs, great UI and others. The role gives an opportunity to involve in app development right from conceptualization, discussion with product till the delivery to the end customer. You will involve in detailed test case design, execution, automation and be responsible for signing-off key features. You will also Involve in technical discussions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you ll get to do:

Reviewing product requirements and writing test specifications and cases for Android iOS Mobile applications.
Proactively collaborate with Android iOS development teams during the development cycle and participate in the design discussions and documentation of new features.
Manual execution of the feature, regression test cases and ensure high-quality.
Work directly with multiple disciplines program management, product management, UX, and service teams to manage deliverables, dependencies, and schedule risks.
Own test coverage of features and drive it efficiently.
Perform non-functional testing improving application s reliability, stability usability.
Automate test cases as and when necessary.

Who we are looking for:

Must have:

1-3 years of experience in application software testing. Test case and plan creation and test execution.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in non-functional testing areas like Performance testing, memory-leak testing, Stress testing etc.
Knowledge of automation frameworks and working knowledge of Python.
Good communication skills.

Top 3 primary skills and expertise level requirement (1 to 5; 5 being expert)

5 Expertise in Android/iOS Mobile application testing test strategy, planning and execution.
3 Knowledge of automation and automation frameworks
2 Python programming
