Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams to diagnose vision problems and prescribe glasses or contact lenses as needed.
  
• Manage store operations, including inventory management, sales floor merchandising, and customer service.
  
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses according to prescriptions from optometrists or ophthalmologists.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data, orders, and sales reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in optometry or related field (optometrist cum store incharge).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
