Telecalling Executive - Agency Payroll

Role: Telecaller (Tanishq)

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our services/products. Youll be required to maintain a positive customer relationship while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Introduce and promote products/services to potential customers.
• Address customer concerns and provide information on product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Record customer information accurately and update CRM systems.
• Resolve customer complaints or queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and current customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a good understanding of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and reach targets.
