Role & responsibilities

• Credit Limit and Outstanding Receivables Monitor customer wise position of credit limits; track payment collection status of due invoices and share timely information with relevant stakeholders to facilitate payment collection
• Circulate payment collection reports with relevant stakeholders/business teams on daily basis and highlight red flags for timely action
• Ensure accounting of all customer payments received daily as per defined process and timelines
• Ensuring blocking of customer codes to stop further invoicing in case of any overdue or unpaid invoices
• Proactive resolution of all open issues to facilitate timely payment by channel partners
• Preparation of debtor’s reports highlighting the ageing status of invoices for taking requisite actions and submission of the same to Corporate Finance team for reporting purposes
• Addressing queries/clarifications raised by relevant stakeholders related to status of receivables position
• Maintain and regularly update synopsis of key terms defined withing the agreements signed with customers and ensure adherence of the important terms
• Track and maintain database of Bank Guarantees submitted by customers and timely highlight the status of BG expiry dates and timeline to ensure renewal of BG’s as per terms of agreement 
• Initiate blocking of customer code for further invoicing where the active agreements or BG’s has expired
• Issuance of Credit Notes towards discounts/payouts approved for the channel partners as per SLA’s 
• Regularly monitor that the actual payouts to the chains remain within the budgeted levels
• Working on monthly/quarterly/yearly reconciliation with chains, sharing relevant information and data to conclude open reconciliation items
• Follow-up and discuss with chains to ensure timely closure of reconciliation items 
• Track SPF claims and monitor status of claim approvals for provisioning purposes and accounting treatment
• Preparation of Chain Wise Profitability report for MPEC channel
• Discuss and follow-up with business team/CFA’s to initiate GRN of RTV stocks and maintain and updated tracker on the status of the GRN’s done
• Furnish relevant information and data to facilitate month end provision workings like Price Off/Payouts/MA Commission etc.
• Sharing of data and information within defined timelines to conclude Internal/Statutory audit/Revenue Assurance activities 
• Work on GST related requirements and reconciliation to address queries from indirect tax team
• Liasoning with business team and cross-functional/department stakeholders to furnish various data requirements on ad-hoc basis 
• Any other ad-hoc requirements and deliverables based on business need
