Job Description


DESIGNATION/ TITLE: Executive - ERP Support

LOCATION: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum Experience 2 Years.

QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate.

A person having positive approach towards resolution of day-to-day tasks & problems occurred at different department level of manufacturing unit. Person should be open to learn approach for new technologies and upgrades. Should have ERP exposer at Manufacturing module.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The candidate must have an experience in providing the ERP functional Support to any manufacturing industry (plant).
• Provide functional support for Microsoft Business Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Assist in system upgrades and user training.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Document support activities and maintain logs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Business Central support or ERP systems.
• Must have experience in all Manufacturing Modules.
