Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers, including manufacturing unit owners and industrial businesses.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions based on our range of machines.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase machine capabilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and MSMEs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for installations and maintenance.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
• Experience: 3-5 years in technical sales or industrial machinery sales (freshers with strong potential can also apply).
• Strong technical knowledge of metal processing machines and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel for client visits and industry exhibitions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
