Role & Responsibilities:

Role Description:

The role is placed in the Reporting & Systems vertical within GC Shared Services and reports to the Senior Manager - Reporting. As part of an expanding reporting, BI & analytics vertical within GC Shared Services, this is a 6-month contractual role dedicated to building low code/no code applications aimed at improving efficiency and workflow solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting business intelligence and automation apps and flows across various stakeholder BUs for GC.

Responsibilities:

• At least 2 years of overall experience in building lowcode nocode apps and flows through MS Power Platform. Preferably in Financial Services or Management Consulting industry with exposure to change / transformation programs.
• Advanced Power Apps development and Power Automate usage/experience.
• Strong experience in building user-ready automation solutions, dashboards, data apps, web portals, user forms, and collaboration apps using the Power Apps tool suite.
• Strong experience in handling, manipulating, and transforming large and complex data sets into sustainable data models to be fed into Power Apps and SharePoint lists.
• Deep expertise in translating stakeholder and business requirements into data/insights requirements.
• Advanced skill sets and experience in designing user-centric user interfaces, and wireframes.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Excel (strong knowledge of pivot tables, data sorting, filters, etc.).
• Work closely in alignment with existing data frameworks and quality control teams to ensure data governance.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduation (must), preferably in Engineering, Commerce or Economics, MBA or equivalent qualification.
