o 15-20 years of experience in operations, data reporting, or a similar role, with 5-10 years relevant experience.
o Proven experience working in a global or multi-regional organization.
o People management exp of 7-10 years
3. Technical Expertise:
o Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ) and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
o Strong knowledge of data governance, metrics development, and reporting standards.
4. Soft Skills:
o Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
