We are looking for a skilled Social Media and Paid Media Expert to join our team and work remotely from anywhere in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our social media presence and manage paid media campaigns effectively to generate leads for our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
• Create and manage paid media campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
• Generate high-quality leads for our SaaS products through strategic social media and paid advertising efforts
• Analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and paid advertising
• Manage social media content calendars and create engaging, platform-specific content
• Monitor and engage with audience interactions across social media platforms
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• In-depth expertise and experience on various Social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, and Slide Share.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Expert-level skills in using and navigating social media networks native web apps, 3rd party social media tools, and the internet to run it all.
• Strategic Skills: SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware of marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence.
• Technical Skills: Marketing, hands-on experience with proven performance on multiple social media platform (Facebook, Insta, YouTube, Linked In, Google Ads,)
• Assist in the development and implementation of optimized landing pages
• Upload content, schedule posts, maintain enrollment trackers and assist with reporting for the social media team
• Assist in the creation and planning of new website, email, and SEO, social media programs

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and paid media management
• Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns for SaaS products
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
• Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media marketing
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus

• Experience in the legal, immigration, real estate, or dental industries
• Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
