Position Overview: The Institute Coordinator is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the Institute, handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of all programs. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders, supporting daily operations, and contributing to the overall mission of the department and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Institute Relations : Maintain effective communication and relationships with all Institute stakeholders.
Operational Support : Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless program delivery.
Program Management : Manage the programs calendar, coordinate lectures for both online and classroom settings, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
Student Coordination : Oversee communication with students regarding fee collection and invoicing processes with the institution.
Interview Support : Attend interview sessions and provide administrative support to faculty as needed.
Mission Accomplishment : Contribute to departmental and organizational goals by completing related tasks and achieving desired results.
Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis of institutions, universities, and their respective programs.
Feedback Collection : Gather and analyze student feedback on pedagogy and faculty performance to enhance program quality.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in administrative roles or educational settings is preferred.
