Job Description
- The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise sales for Times Prime, contributing to revenue generation, and facilitating subscriber growth.
- The candidate will be responsible for selling Times Prime memberships in bulk quantities to corporate clients, particularly in the BFSI, retail, and other industries.
- Actively identify opportunities and build a high-value sales pipeline.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Times Prime to potential clients.
- Establish rapport with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and pain points and employ a consultative selling approach.
- Position Times Prime as a strategic partner, offering value beyond transactional interactions.
- Develop win-win strategies in sales proposals that align with the interests of Times Prime and its clients.
- Exhibit flexibility and resilience during negotiation processes.
- Navigate complex negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients to ensure timely and effective campaign management.
- Operationally sound account management skills, including sales forecasting and ensuring timely payments.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market dynamics.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients fostering long-term connections through effective communication and personalized engagement.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in subscription sales/business development in a B2C company.
- Strong interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Quick learner with the capability to work independently with minimal guidance.
