Primathons mission is to solve quality software engineering problems in the industry.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 years in enterprise sales, with expertise in lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect enterprise clients interested in custom software solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
• Schedule and lead meetings to present Primathon's services and capabilities.
• Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to Primathon's growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and solution selling techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
