Role: Head of Product Management

Location : Gurgaon

Job Summary :

Hiring for an innovative, data driven and metrics oriented Product Head to own end to end

organic subscription and revenue goals for Times Prime as well fintech goals and features for

associated businesses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and be able

to make course corrections depending on learnings, and user & business needs. The candidate

will work extensively with the Tech and Design team to devise and implement new product

launches , measure impact and drive optimizations.

They will oversee a team of Product Managers, Designers and Data Analysts and own the end

to end organic subscription and revenue metrics for the Times Prime B2C business. They will

also lead the TIL financial services business and work on multiple fintech products like credit

cards marketplace, a new Times Internet co-brand card and personal lending products. They

will also further extend the roadmap to discover new opportunities in keeping with the macro

environment

Roles & Responsibilities

Optimize and grow Times Prime organic subscription and revenue metrics including organic

acquisition, retention, referrals and engagement.

Conceptualise and launch an app for a new Times Internet co-brand cards and other financial

service use cases

Devise pre and post issuance credit card application journeys across platforms

Work with issuers, CICs, NBFCs, 3rd party players etc and internal legal & compliance teams

Align with business , tech and central compliance teams for implementation of financial use

cases on TIL wide platforms

Seek and synthesize customer signals on the platform through qualitative and quantitative

analysis in partnership with Analytics team

Focus on customer pain points and come up with scalable and technology driven solutions to address the same

Minimum Qualification Required:

8-10 Years of experience, in product management in a fast paced startup with demonstrable

revenue impact preferably in fintech

Experience in scaling 1-10 or 10-100 Fintech products

Bachelor s/ Masters degree from a premier institution

Proficiency in SQL and database management
