Manager / Senior Manager - Sales (Sponsorship)

• you'll develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• you'll identify and engage with potential clients through various channels including email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings
• you'll conduct need assessments and provide to potential clients
• you'll build and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and referrals
• you'll keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
• you'll collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
• you'll prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• you'll manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM system
• attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and build relationships you'll continuously from clients to improve our products and services

What you'll Need:

• B2B sponsorship sales experience , preferably in the technology media industry
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale, Solution Selling or SPIN Selling is a plus
