Job Description
Tablets India Ltd. is looking for First line field manager (Area Sales Manager ) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Supervise and manage field sales or service representatives to achieve regional targets and objectives
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide guidance, and support team members in achieving individual and team goals
- Develop and implment sales or service strategies to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate the field team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and effectiveness in their roles
- Monitor and analyze field operations metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and suggesting improvements where necessary
- Act as a liaison between the field team and senior management to communicate updates, challenges, and opportunities
- Resolve customer or client issues escalated by the field team and ensure a seamless resolution process
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during field operations
