Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of accounts, Notes to accounts, Related party report, Schedules, Asset register, Cash Flow
• Analysis of Variance
• Inter-Company transaction and balance confirmations
• Tax compliance for subsidiaries
• Transfer Pricing study and audit
• Internal audit
• Monitoring of receivables / marketing claims
• Preparation of various Appendices for component auditors
• Valuation report
• Trust accounting
• Actuarial reports
• FEMA compliance with respect to subsidiaries
• Preparation of cost center wise reports
• MIS reporting
• Handing S4 HANA automated reports etc
• Handling employees personal taxation matters

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should be familiar with finalisation of accounts. Knowledge of IndAS and GAAP

will be preferred. He should be capable of handling taxation matters including personal

employee related taxation. He should have adequate working knowledge of MIS reporting

He should familiar with S4 HANA application and automated reports. He should be capable

of consolidation of accounts and handling audit matters independently.
