Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SEO Consultant to help shape our SEO strategies and assist in conducting interviews for senior SEO-related roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SEO, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a proven track record of optimizing websites to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
In addition to SEO expertise, the candidate should have strong leadership skills, with a minimum of five years of experience managing an SEO team. They should be capable of developing strategies for teams of various sizes, from small to large, in alignment with industry best practices for service-based businesses.
The candidate will work directly with the companys Chief Executive to formulate strategies for the entire SEO department. Responsibilities will also include conducting technical interviews for senior SEO staff, developing high-level strategies for large client websites, and optimizing SEO processes within the department to enhance overall productivity and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO level strategies for the company department.
- Provide expert guidance on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements and process that staff can use to make better performance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, updates, and best practices.
- Assist in hiring by conducting interviews and evaluating SEO candidates.
- Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital strategies.
- Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Advise on high-quality backlink strategies and domain authority improvements.
