I had lots of aspirations when I join here in 2022 but things didn't turn out well especially promotions & this was bad decision in my life to join tibco. It's a sinking ship so would advise you to stay away from it.
Promotions has been a joke here.Forget for first 4 years that you get any promotion even though u work hard but work load will increase as your experience increases.Politics & micro-management has made life tough. Developers here are paid similar to support engineers here which shows how they think but looking at workload you will curse yourself as being dev in this company.
