Associate-Legal Ops, PowerBI, Tableau, OnitReporting, RelativityOne

Description

This is a business support role that would be responsible for providing business analytics insights, build, develop and maintain data visualization and dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions and should also be able to supports PMO with process improvement by applying project management, quality methodologies & data analysis skill. Provides Process Re-engineering and data analysis expertise to support business in managing continuous improvement initiatives & process management

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• 4 - 7 years of professional experience relating to data analysis and reporting using tools including but not limited to Power BI platform, MS Excel, and Tableau, with exposure to project management tools like MS Projects or Jira
• Experience in Legal Operations tools like Onit, RelativityOne
• Experience in providing business analytics support
• Developing As Is and To be process maps, SOPs & implementing Business process management discipline
• Deploy quality tools, data analysis & reporting tools
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including business, technology, and external partners in projects
• Manage Management / Business metrics process including development, operationalizing & refining the reporting process & communicating insights to stakeholders
• Interpret complex issues, understand root causes, distil key points to be addressed and develop effective, practical recommendations to resolve problems
• Engage with onshore stakeholders to translate business pain areas into actionable problem statements
• Conduct Brainstorming / Kaizen events with business resources to identify waste, improvement opportunities
• Develop solutions leveraging continuous improvement methodologies, data analysis and in house technologies
• Manage & be part of Continuous improvement projects
• Be the Continuous improvement subject matter expect and mentor business resources

Skills Required:

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Power BI,Tableau, Onit Reporting and RelativityOne experience
• Advanced excel data analysis knowledge like power pivot, power query
• Experience in process mapping and developing SOPs especially in Legal Operations
• Staging, processing, filtering, searching and promotion of data in RelativityOne platform.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to new requirements and work assignments
• Experience managing or being part of Re-engineering projects
• Experience engaging with onshore clients / stakeholders (Must have)
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel (Must have)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill (Must have)
• Proficiency/Working knowledge of Power Point, Visio, and SharePoint
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma, a Green Belt certification would be a bonus
• PMP certification would be an added advantage

Educational Requirements

BA/BS (Graduate)

Masters would be a Bonus
