Project Manager

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the High rise building construction project in the Chennai. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in High rise building.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for the airport construction project.

Budget and Cost Management: Establish and manage the project budget, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and support staff.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain a rigorous quality control process to ensure that all construction work meets industry standards and safety regulations.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address them, ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including the client, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.

Construction Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on project progress, tracking key performance indicators and addressing any deviations from the project schedule.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities are compliant with local regulations and aviation industry standards.

Health and Safety: Prioritize health and safety protocols on the construction site, maintaining a safe work environment for all workers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

15+ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a specific focus on high rise building construction projects.

Strong understanding of airport construction regulations and safety standards.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
