Process Engineer role For a leading infra domain client

Experience & Skill set :

15 -20 years of experience in process engineering, proposals in construction industry for Building/Industrial/WWW projects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Preparation of Process Designs of Water Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants etc.

• Preparation of Basic Engineering documents consisting of P&IDs, Hydraulic Flow Diagram, process calculations, Equipment selection calculations, Pipe sizing calculations, Equipment Load List, Plant Layout etc.

• Attending the Engineering meeting with client/ consultant.

• Coordination with client / clients consultant for obtaining approval of Basic Engineering documents and detailed engineering drawings

• Preparation of detailed tender enquiries for various equipment pipes, valves, packages etc. based on the approved Basic Engineering documents.

• Preparation of GA drawing of pressure vessel, atmospheric tanks etc. with thickness calculations as per IS/ASME code

• Evolution of offers received from Projects/SCM for various equipment/ piping/ valves/ packages
