Admin (Legal, Finance) responsibilities
- FTE budget & Recruitment specifications- Specify FTE demand to Chapter Lead.
- Control over budget spending and monthly reporting to stakeholders.
- Aware of the legal frameworks for working with customers.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance requirements for both the squad and the product.
Organizational responsibilities
- Responsible for timely submitting capacity demand and utilization.
- Meeting service performance norms that are set for the Squad.
- Managing customer connect and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction for the Squad.
- Ensuring adherence to squad level compliance.
- Adherence to processes and tools for the squad.
- End to End responsibility for people administration activities which includes administrative areas (Leave, Attendance & Timesheet).
- Report back on progress to tribe leaders and give input on people development and performance to relevant chapter leaders.
- Work on Cross team (squad/s) alignment.
- Smooth co-ordination for project / service tasks delivery across multiple projects both inter and intra Tribe.
Your profile
- IT Professional and leader with 15-20 years of valuable experience gained in IT product and project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and leading a team of diversely skilled
- Experience in setting up, growing, and aligning product teams to perform the business as usual and projects
- Exceptional managerial competencies, leadership qualities, written and verbal communication skills, analytical and interpersonal
- People Management skills across different cultures: Europe (German), US would be an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and fostering the culture of innovation within the team. This is the defacto corporate startup/venture squad within the company.
- Strive to build a cohesive team and an entrepreneurial culture in the team.
- Being the Technical Product owner and brining tech expertise and solutions to innovation projects from ideation to launch. You will be part of Squad Customer Innovation to develop digital supply chain solutions for our ~250,000 customers in the fields of risk & resilience, advanced forecasting and circularity.
- Hiring, leading and growing a team of IT professionals in the Thane office of Materials Services (MX) who will work towards supporting the Innovation department within MX (OU Smart Services) by creating mockups, click dummies, POCs and MVPs for innovative future businesses in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Working with latest technologies (like AI, ML, blockchain) to build innovative solutions for the ideation projects. To test and evaluate product concepts with existing and potential customers, to be ready for product releases and mass market sales.
- Bringing in a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs. Create progress and solve problems; you are a no excuses proactive, collaborative problem solver capable of mobilizing and motivating resources across and outside the organization.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written etc.) with the team in Germany and being the face of the squad in Thane.
- Bringing strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills to the team. Being the bridge between tech and business.
- Hybrid mode of working (atleast 3 days from office)
