Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Dealer Network Expansion:
    • Identify and recruit new dealers in target markets to expand the companys reach and increase sales opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard high-potential dealers who align with our brand values and business goals.
  2. Dealer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and performance.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers to enhance their ability to sell and service our products effectively.
  3. Sales and Performance Optimization:
    • Collaborate with dealers to set sales targets, develop business plans, and drive performance.
    • Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to address performance gaps and drive growth.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Design and deliver training programs for dealers to ensure they are well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service procedures.
    • Provide ongoing support and resources to help dealers improve their sales capabilities and operational efficiency.
  5. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
    • Develop and execute market-specific strategies to enhance dealer performance and market share.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align dealer strategies with company objectives.
    • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on dealer performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics related to dealer activities, sales performance, and market penetration.
    • Analyze data to drive insights and inform strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

  • 7-8 years of experience in dealer development, sales management, or business development within the heavy machinery, construction equipment, or related industry, with a focus on crushers or similar products.
  • Proven success in building and managing dealer networks and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the crusher industry, market dynamics, and dealer operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
